Frequently asked questions

Answers to help you plan your Nazca experience.

Do flights depart from Lima?

No. Lima is a land departure point for our programmes. Travellers go by road to the aerodrome in Nasca or to another departure point expressly confirmed for the selected service, such as Pisco where applicable.

Who operates the flight?

The flight is performed by the partner air operator identified in your quotation and booking confirmation. Nazca Fly handles commercial assistance and coordination.

Is my booking confirmed when I send the form?

No. The form sends an inquiry. We first verify availability and send a final proposal. Confirmation follows payment verification and supplier confirmation.

How do I pay?

Payment is arranged on request after the final price and availability are confirmed. Where available, Nazca Fly will send a payment link separately. Do not send card details by chat.

Are fees included?

The working fee information is S/ 47 tourist fee and S/ 30 airport fee per passenger, shown separately. Applicability and current amounts are reconfirmed before payment.

What if weather prevents the flight?

Flight decisions belong to the air operator and pilot. The applicable rescheduling, cancellation or refund conditions are communicated in the written proposal before payment.

Can I fly over the Nazca Lines from Pisco?

Do not assume that a Pisco departure includes the Nazca Lines. The exact route and applicable authorization must be confirmed by the partner operator in writing before sale.

What passenger details are required?

The operator may request identification details and passenger weight information. We will explain which details are required and how they should be provided.
