Ask for the cancellation, change and refund policy applicable to your selected product. The policy must be stated in the final proposal before payment.
Flights may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, air traffic, aircraft availability or operational and regulatory decisions. The actual air operator determines whether a flight can proceed.
Transport, hotels, guides and attractions may have separate change and cancellation rules. These will be communicated in the proposal.
